The Retreats at Walker Mountain is envisioned to be an exclusive, private reserve neighborhood within Sheridan Ridge. Streets will be privately built and owned, and will be accessed through controlled access gateways. Lot sizes will be a minimum of five acres each. Defined building areas planned for each lot will provide spacious seclusion, optimal views and forest preservation for home sites. Home types will be retreat lots adhering to detailed building guidelines and an Architectural Control Board. Trail networks and amenity areas in Walker Mountain will be private for the enjoyment of residents desiring a sense of heightened security and anonymity.
