Snider Branch Lodge, housing the Sales Center, will serve as a forest-edge gateway into Little Brushy and Sheridan Ridge. This lodge may later be converted into a Corporate Lodge, condominium building or Bed & Breakfast. The road leading from this gateway, through Little Brushy to The Village, will invoke the experience of scenic drives found in National Parks, with glimpses of neighborhoods strategically presented at key intersections.
