Little Brushy is a neighborhood comprised of several long passels of homes located on the south face of Brushy Mountain. Each enclave is planned to include a small pocket park or series of parks to provide landscaped waypoints and gathering spaces along the streets. Larger lots in this area provide ample room for Cabins interspersed with Treehouses and Townhouses at key intersections and activity centers. Open trail networks will connect Little Brushy to natural amenity areas throughout Sheridan Ridge.
