The HeadWaters is a neighborhood comprised of several hamlet-like enclaves located in the valley south of Hungry Mother Creek. Each hamlet is planned to include a small pocket park or series of parks surrounded by Corporate Lodges and condominium buildings. Corporate Lodges are multi-bedroom buildings that will provide opportunities for businesses to own a retreat in Sheridan Ridge. The HeadWaters will become a thriving neighborhood of active, adventure-seeking families and friends.
This neighborhood will be populated with small, attached dwelling units called Treehouses. Open trail networks will connect The HeadWaters to The Village and to other natural amenity areas throughout Sheridan Ridge. Trails will also link this neighborhood west along Hungry Mother Creek into Jefferson National Forest and to Hungry Mother State Park.
